SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS FOR FREE TOPICS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The submission of abstracts for free topics and poster presentations is done electronically, using the form found below on the page.
Abstracts have to be written in Times New Roman, with max. font size 12, single spacing, A4 format.
It should not contain more than 300 words, including the title, names of authors and the institution of origin and the content of the abstract and max 5 keywords.
Abstracts should be as concise as possible and include the following sub-titles:

INTRODUCTION, OBJECTIVES, MATERIAL, METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSION
The abstract must be written in a Word document in English language, which is submitted with the abstract submission form.

Poster presentations will be performed only electronically on LCD screens and because of that, the posters have to be made as PowerPoint presentations in 16:9 format, with a maximum of 5 slides.

NOTE:

* The accepted lectures and poster presentations provide CME points, but only for the holder of the abstract.

  • The scientific board will bring decisions for all APPROVED ABSTRACT for FREE TOPICS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS.
  • DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 15.03.2026.
  • DEADLINE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 23.03.2026.
  • Only those papers for which the registration fee has been paid, according to one of the conditions described in the First announcement, will be printed in the Abstract book.

NOTE:

  • PERSONAL LAPTOPS FOR PRESENTATION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
  • It is obligatory, for the smooth running of the Sessions and virus protection, ALL PRESENTATIONS should be submitted to the organizing agency min 4 days before the start of the event.
